State the Delegated Authority that you are relying on in order to make the decision | |
Subject of decision | To approved the updated Local Development Scheme |
Text of decision | The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is the document that sets out which statutory Development Plan Documents (DPDs) the Council intends to prepare, and the timetable for doing so. The LDs is, itself, a statutory document and the Council has a legal obligation to keep it under review and ensure it remains up-to-date. The LDS has been reviewed and a new timetable set out for the preparation of the revised Local Plan. This is the only DPD that the Council is currently preparing. |
Reason for decision | To ensure that the Local Development Scheme is accurate and up to date. |
