| Text of decision | Using the general delegated powers as Head of Strategy, Information and Governance to ensure delivery of the Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) role, it is agreed that a Statement of Public Task should be adopted. The Statement of Public Task sets out the functions carried out by the Council under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015, and enables potential re-users of information produced by the Council to understand whether the information falls within the scope of these Regulations. The approved Statement of Public Task is appended to this decision notice and will be published on the Council’s website today. |
