That the recommendations of the report be approved.
REASONS
The decision was supported by the following reason:
For reasons outlined in the report.
The decision made for the Capital Strategy Mid-Year
2022-2023 report will come into force immediately as it was not subject to call-in
procedures.
All other decisions will come into force after five
working days following the day the decision(s) was published unless the
decision becomes subject to the call in procedures.
