Agenda and minutes

At the appointed time, a quorum of the Licensing Sub Committee was not achieved.  In accordance with Council’s Constitution, Section 16 of Council Procedure Rules, after a period of five minutes, as a quorum was still not achieved, the meeting was abandoned.  Parties would be advised of a new Hearing date in due course.
