Prior to the start of the meeting, the Premises Licence Holder’s legal representative advised that she was unwell and unable to attend the meeting and, therefore, requested that the meeting be adjourned.

The Chair and Members of the Licensing Sub Committee agreed that the meeting should be adjourned to a new date and time to be agreed and notified to all parties, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, regulation 20(4).
