Withdrawal of representations

Following the publication of the agenda and accompanying documents, but prior to the Hearing, the remaining representation in relation to an application for a Premises Licence in respect of Lane 7 (formerly T J Hughes), 18-19 Captain Cook Square, Middlesbrough, TS1 5BU, Ref No: OL/21/05 was withdrawn.  In accordance with Section 10 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, all parties had agreed that the Hearing was unnecessary as the representations were withdrawn prior to the Hearing.  All parties were notified, therefore, that the Hearing had been dispensed with.
