Withdrawal of application

Following the issue of the agenda and accompanying documents, but prior to the Hearing, the applicant notified Middlesbrough Council's Licensing department that they wished to withdraw their application for a Premises Licence in respect of Netherfields Convenience Store, 1 Vaughan Centre, Fosdyke Green, Middlesbrough,TS3 0RY Ref: OL/21/07.  Therefore, in accordance with section 9 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, all parties agreed to dispense with the Hearing.
