A Representative from Middlesbrough Erimus Rotary Club will be in attendance to share their plans for Middlesbrough’s Bicentenary. 

The Development Control Manager will be in attendance to provide Panel Members with a verbal update on Section 106 Agreements. 

The Chair will provide a verbal update on matters considered at the Overview and Scrutiny Board held on 15 April 2026. 

The next meeting of the Place Scrtiny Panel is provisionally booked for Monday 6 July at 1.30pm, the date will be confirmed after the Council AGM and invites will be sent. 

Any other urgent items which in the opinion of the Chair, may be considered.
