Terms of Reference – Culture and Communities Scrutiny Panel
To make
recommendations to the Overview and Scrutiny Board in respect of the scrutiny
of all matters relating to cultural and community based services including:
(a)
Decisions
made or actions taken in connection with the discharge of any of the Council's
functions.
(b)
Existing
and proposed policies and strategies, including those of the Council and those
produced at a national level.
(c)
Service
provision.
(d)
Performance
information.
(e)
Any
matters relating to social care and adult services which affect the area or its
inhabitants, including services provided by external organisations
or bodies.
