Terms of Reference - Tees Valley Health Scrutiny Joint Committee

To undertake jointly with the other Tees Valley authorities, scrutiny of any issue or topic in relation to regional and specialist health services under powers contained in the Health and Social Care Act 2001, in accordance with agreed protocol, statutory guidance and Secretary of State directions.

Membership - Tees Valley Health Scrutiny Joint Committee

The membership of this committee is made up of 3 elected members from each of the following local authorities:

•         Darlington Borough Council

•         Hartlepool Borough Council

•         Redcar and Cleveland Council

•         Middlesbrough Council

•         Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council
