Community Champions Fund - national funding investment in Middlesbrough.
Memorandum Of Understanding amendment extends the aims and objectives for the Community Champion Programme with additional £185k funding in addition to the £480k previously received. Director of Adult Social Care and Health Integration has previous delegation to sign the MoU.

REASON FOR DECISION AND FOR URGENCY
New MoU has to be signed and returned by 28 December 2021 to enable funding to be released.
The Chair of Overview and Scrutiny Board has agreed this as an Urgent Decision, therefore the decision will not be subject to the call-in procedures and will be implemented with immediate effect.
