Re-issue of annual General Safety Certificate to the Middlesbrough Sports Village

The Safety at Sports Grounds Act 1975 established the principle that a sports ground with a covered stand with accommodation for 500 or more spectators should require a Safety Certificate containing such terms and conditions as the Local Authority consider necessary or expedient to secure reasonable safety at the sports ground.
