EXEMPT Restoration of the Old Town Hall - Heritage Lottery Funding

Following Executive approval in July 2022 an application was submitted to the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) to restore and reopen the Old Town Hall (OTH) for commercial use. This report details the outcome of the two stage bid process.

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
A funding Agreement will need to be signed and it is likely that a publicity embargo will be placed on the Council in the interim. Furthermore, the full budget of the scheme is detailed in the report which would hinder competitive tender returns from a potential contractor.

Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 reflects the provision that applies to the information being exempt.
