Part B of the report contains commercially sensitive information in respect of the value offered by the winning bidder for the development of Hemlington Grange South. It is considered this information is exempt because it is information relating to the financial or business affairs of the winning bidder and the Council under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972. It is considered this information should not be made public as it could compromise the offer.
